Wow! Have I mentioned that having two kids is hard? I have finally come to terms with the fact that I can't really prepare food during the day when Sheldon is at work. In an effort to still have homemade healthy meals and snacks available, Sunday Prep Day was born.
In addition to Bliss Balls, I've added granola bars and mini frittatas to the regular rotation.
